In a court session taking place on Wednesday, November 2, Lindsay Lohan has been told to surrender by November 9 and begin serving 30 days without eligibility for house arrest or early release. Judge Stephanie Sautner laid the sentence after the actress violated her probation.
During the hearing, Lohan admitted to violating her probation and waived her right to a formal hearing. Sautner then set a schedule, month by month, of how much community service and psychotherapy she must complete by the end of March 2012. She has over 300 days left from previous cases and could end up serving that much time if she does not follow all of the court's instructions.
Lohan would be freed if she complies but she would be given longer sentence, possibly 270 days in jail, if she disobeys. "These are very strict rules," the judge said. "You don't have to accept them." Lohan accepted the terms and would serve community service at the L.A. morgue again.
But Lohan is subject to 6 days less in jail due to overcrowding. She is to return to court on December 14.

Yeah, no joke.
Twitter was hit with storm of tweets aimed at "WWE Ice Cream Pops", making the subject trend for the past three hours...what? They don't even make them anymore?
On WWE Monday Night Raw, lightning rod CM Punk received a massive pop from the crowd by listing in his demands for a new contract that he wants Vince McMahon to bring back the WWE Ice Cream Pops. The superstar hit a massive stride 2 weeks ago by seeming attacking the WWE creative team, the Chairman, and even Vince's daughter, Stephanie. Raw ended with another spectacualr promo from the star, who is slated to not renew his contract which supposedly ends this Sunday at the PPV Money in the Bank.
Whether its a storyline or not, Punk has his finger on the pulse of the fans, and making ice cream pops trend goes to prove that.

According to a probation report released on Wednesday, Lindsay Lohan failed a random alcohol test when she fought with a Betty Ford Center employee last December.
The report states, "The probation officer believes that substance abuse is the root of the defendant's problems," and it includes information from local police interviews with restaurant and nightclub employees. Though Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner disagreed with that assessment in court yesterday, this is certainly not helping Lohan's case.
According to the document, Lohan "has been suspected of similar conduct in other jewelry stores," but no charges were ever filed. Lohan was sentenced to 120 days in jail and 480 hours of community service, though she is expected to serve the time at home with an electronic monitoring device. Still, that's up to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department when Lohan surrenders on June 17.

Lindsay Lohan has been sentenced to 120 days in jail for violating her probation.
The Mean Girls star, who is on probation for a 2007 DUI charge, is facing trial over allegations she stole a necklace from California jewelry store Kamofie & Co. in January. She was subsequently charged with felony theft.
Lohan appeared in a Los Angeles court for a preliminary hearing on Friday, when Judge Stephanie Sautner reduced the count to a misdemeanor.
However, she decided the accusation amounted to a parole violation and ordered Lohan to serve 120 days behind bars.
The actress was remanded in custody for booking immediately after the ruling and will check into Lynwood Correctional Facility late on Friday.
But Lohan is not expected to spend the whole night in jail - her lawyer, Shawn Holley, is planning to appeal the case and the star is expected to post bail soon after she is processed.
Lohan has also been ordered to complete 480 hours of community service, split between a women's shelter and the Los Angeles County morgue, according to TMZ.com.
Friday's hearing also saw potential witnesses, including police detectives and jewellery store owner Sofia Kaman, give testimonies.
Deputy District Attorney Danette Meyers presented surveillance footage from the store on the day of the alleged crime and argued Lohan appeared to intentionally take the necklace, using her friend Patrick as a distraction.
Judge Sautner agreed after viewing the footage for the first time, saying, "I see the intent here. I see a level of brazenness with, 'Let me see what I can get away with here.'"
Holley filed a motion for complete dismissal of the case, but the request was rejected.
Lohan will return to court on May 11 for a pretrial hearing and the trial will kick off on June 3.
