To build steam for his upcoming album The Block Brochure, Bay Area OG E-40 gives his “They Point” banger the visual treatment, with two of today’s hottest rappers, Juicy J and 2 Chainz, right by his side. Produced by Bangladesh (best known for crafting Lil Wayne‘s “A Milli” and Gucci Mane‘s “Lemonade”), “They Point” adds to the mountain of E-40 songs that’ll slap your subwoofer from side to side in the boot (or if you’re really baller, you’re back seat). Relevantly enough, the visuals feature a healthy amount of flash rides. Known for his epic multiple volume releases, E-40 will package The Block Brochure in a grand 60-track, three-volume collection, featuring a wealth of artists like Snoop Dogg, Too $hort, Tech N9ne, Twista, T-Pain and Raheem DeVaughn. The album hits shelves on March 26th but is available for pre-order on iTunes.

With Wale‘s Ambition now a recent memory (but a mainstay on the iPod) and forthcoming albums from Stalley and the boss Rick Ross (with Savage Journey to the American Dream and God Forgives, I Don’t, respectively) in the pipelines, it seems that Meek Mill is the last of the Maybach team to lay claim to an LP. Clearly that advance cheque is still funding the lifestyle as the Philly rapper doesn’t look to amend the plans, instead prepping the sequel to his 2011 DJ-Drama hosted mixtape, Dreamchasers. Of course, MMG‘s collective album Self Made Vol. 2 serves as a small distraction to his free release and only marginally indicates it’ll be another banger. Just kidding – Meek Mill’s tyrannical “Lean Wit It” will land on the tracklisting and, no doubt, serves as the barometer at this point for the rest of the LP. The wads of cash, collection of supercars and top-of-the-line dirtbikes (echoing from the “Ima Boss” video) featured in Milly’s new clip certainly attest to that.

Indie Pop singer Neon Htich has been popping up on features left and right on the airwaves. Along with her new single, the raunchy “F U Betta” spinning across both coasts of U.S. radio constantly. Although there has been few DJ Mesh Up to her new record, Central California Indie Pop artist Kyd Ayo (@KYD_AYO) has been the first to dish out an incredible remix blend of the Neon record with his new release “Please Don’t Say You Love Me” using the instrumental to “F U Betta”. Not looking to steal any shine but to simply boost the awareness of the record, Ayo delivers a 400 degree hook and infectious three verse compilation of sexually charged wordplay. Kyd Ayo is also in the works of preparing the release of a brand new mixtape titled Free Spirit and Vodka; however, their is no confirmed release date at this time. The Kardashian sisters have once again struck sexy pose to promote their fashion line. After appearing topless in the ad for their new denim line, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian got down to their skimpy lingerie for the new ad of Kardashian Kollection Intimates line. In the promo shoot for Sears, all three stars of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" work a pair of sheer thigh-high stockings. While Kim and Kourtney pair up the thigh-high stockings with lacy bra and panty sets, their younger sister Khloe covers up her skin by rocking a black corset complete with a garter belt. All three ladies have taken to their individual blog to gush about the new ad. 31-year-old Kim, in particular, wrote on hers, "My sisters are I are excited to reveal our new ad for our Kardashian Kollection Intimates!
