Hannah Montana starlet Emily Osment was snapped leaving Red O with Mike Posner on Tuesday night, and several media outlets are suggesting that the two are an item!

Though the two weren't holding hands or showing any obvious PDA, JustJared.com noted that the two "walked out of the restaurant side by side" after their dinner date.   A rep for the actress hasn't released a comment on the rumored romance, but we'll bring you the latest news as soon as we hear it!

Osment, 19, sported ripped jeans, a purple Dream Catcher tank by Jawbreaking and a white cotton vest while Posner, 23, rocked a pair of gym shorts and a grey and green hooded sweatshirt.

Osment recently revealed that she'll be working on her third studio album in the near future!  "Just wrote a smash w/ @kylendeporter & @bradyleffler. Would you be mad if I went back to my southern roots? What do YOU want out of album 3?” she tweeted.
